About the workshop
Do you feel like you are a total control freak but at the same time feel completely out of control?
Do you find that obsessing over anything and everything is just a regular part of your day-to-day life?
Do you find yourself gripping on to the past or fearing the future?
Have you tried to practice the art of letting go and still struggle?
And yet, despite trying to obsessively micro manage everything and everyone you still feel ‘stuck’ or you are suffering with anxiety and stress?
Is there another option than gripping so tightly over everything?
All around us we hear that we should just – ‘let it go’. But how do we begin to do that? Doesn’t the idea of ‘letting go of control’ associate with being out of control? Like we have no power over our lives at all?
Is there another option than gripping so tightly over everything?
Yes! Let’s scrap the term ‘letting go’ and start using SURRENDER. This is a simple way of thinking that has changed my whole life for the better and I can’t wait to share it with you.
In the first part of the workshop I will
- Discuss how over controlling our life and situations in it restricts our potential.
- Teach you new ways of looking at life so that change and the unknown become less overwhelming.
- Discuss the power we have by staying in the present moment.
- Explain how worrying about the past and future binds us to a limited outlook.
- Give examples of how I have used this practice to success.
- Share how the surrender practice is the ultimate tool for manifesting.
In the second part of the workshop I will
- Work with you individually and in pairs to share what you need to release and how to create a simple set of mantra that you can start working with that very day.
- Encourage a safe and open space to ask questions and discuss the topic.
This workshop will be helpful for
