The Meditation and Ritual Lab is a meditation class for practitioners of magic. The discipline of meditation to achieve the aims of the magician, witch or mystic. It is open to all levels of experience. There will be an emphasis of both formlessness and form, meaning there will be opportunity in each class to practice some form of structured technique such as guided meditation, visualization, breath work, movement AND time for quiet reflection and for simply sitting in your own skin.
