11:10 – 11: 45 AM Ascendance: Musical movements designed to optimize inner and outer connectedness by stretching physically, mentally, and emotionally, led by amazingly balanced Sahara Rose.

Sunday, June 28th:

4:40 – 5:15 PM Dance of Butterfly: End the day with movements that faciliate your transformation towards your higher being in a soft and smooth performance, like a butterfly. Comfort is often lost under the pressures of life, but when we choose to be assertive about our health, problems fade away and present becomes clearer.

Wheel of Being:

Welcome to this soothingly intensive program; designed with one purpose in mind: BALANCE. To feel balanced, we actually are required to take ACTION and become strong before utilizing our strength in a useful manner. This will NOT be possible by just thinking or learning about things. Although this itinerary may initially seem overwhelming, it is physically, psychologically, and spiritually well-balanced and tested positively by ALL past participants.

Sahara Rose: 

A 24-year-old Certified Holistic, Sports & Ayurvedic Nutritionist, founder of EatFeelFresh.com, a social network dedicated to healthy living, upcoming author of Eat Right For Your Mind-Body Type, international retreat leader, artist, dancer, writer, philanthropist and creator of Dance Your Doshas™, an Ayurvedic and Shamanic influenced dance meditation to the elements. She is also the founder of Saraswati Couture, a clothing which utilizes fine, unused sari cloth from India. Proceeds go towards victims of sexual trafficking.
