What is Family Constellation?
Family Constellation Therapy (FCT) is an innovative healing modality based on both ancient tribal wisdom and leading edge quantum theory. It is a powerful group or one on one experience that can reveal the origins of recurring patterns that prevent a particular area of our life from improving.
Is there an area of your life where you feel “stuck” or a pattern that keeps repeating over and over again despite your best efforts to make a change?
Family Constellation might be just the thing to help you get “unstuck” and start moving forward again. I have seen amazing things happen in these workshops. Things that one never would have thought could be influencing their lives now are revealed.
What happens in a workshop?
All the names of the participants are put in a bowl and whoever’s name is picked will have the opportunity to have there constellation done. You always have the option to pass if you choose. Whether you have your constellation done, are a representative in someone else’s, or simply observe, you will see how we are all connected and how it’s always about love and understanding, never blame, guilt, or shame. If your name is picked, the facilitator (me) will ask the client (you) some questions about your family history. You will then choose someone in the group to represent you and then some other group members to represent other key players in your family’s history. Then you sit down and watch what unfolds as the representatives start to feel what the people or aspects they are representing are feeling. You don’t have to be psychic to represent. We all have the ability to tap in to information from sources other than the 5 senses. And this is exactly what happens in Family Constellation. You won’t believe your eyes and ears when you witness it!
