Raquel Griffin is a vibrational alchemist and spiritual teacher who uses holistic life coaching, yoga, and spiritually based nutrition to assist people in transforming their own base metal into gold. She began her life as a fashion editor & stylist but decided to ditch "the glamorous life" in favor of a life full of "soul stuff." A couple of energy healing masterships and a yoga & meditation instruction certification later, Raquel now helps clients "return the plug to the Source" through her program, 7Vibrations.
